Outstanding customer service
Outstanding service from Sure 4 Doors Sure 4 Doors went above and beyond when fixing my garage door. Even though the warranty had expired, they repaired it completely free of charge, which truly shows how much they care about their customers. Ross and Luke were absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and a real credit to the company. Their workmanship and attitude made the whole experience stress-free and impressive from start to finish. I highly recommend Sure 4 Doors to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and top-quality service.

Replacement front door
The initial surveyor arrived when he said he would and the door that arrived was exactly what I'd ordered (which shouldn't be a surprise but was given other recent experiences!). The quote was accurate and although the lead time was quite long I was told this before I ordered (and it arrived within that timeframe). When the door was ready, the fitter was very professional – punctual, polite, tidy, and obviously knew what he was doing. I have been very impressed with my experience with Sure4Doors.

New Garage door and Front Door
A tale of two halves, the fitters are friendly, helpful and polite but the sales side of the company not so much. We had our quote adjusted twice, they forgot details of the work required and they had to be chased by me to get any updates over the x5 months it took to get from deposit to job completion.

It’s a shame you felt the need for the negative review. The price adjustments were following the survey, support above the front door had to be fitted (legally) and your garage door was a unusual size making it a special order. We informed you of both items and the price, you always had the right to cancel, at no time was it an intentional price increase. Regarding the timeframe of works being carried out, as explained at the time we met I didn’t know exact lead times due to the nature of special order but would be in touch once we had the products in our possession, I also explained I was always happy for you to call anytime for an update and I will endeavour to get one from our suppliers.
