  Professional, Friendly, Excellent-work carried out

  Steve was incredibly accomodating and answered all of our questions clearly. All of the work to be carried out was communicated and broken down by each of the stages in a way that we felt comfortable & aware of what was going on. To anyone who hasn't had much experience dealing with tradespeople like myself, I can honestly say it was a pleasure having Steve repair our wall. Speedy service and excellently repaired wall. Will definitely be returning for any future work needed.

  Taking down stone and brick retaining garden wall, and rebuild

  Surebuild did an excellent rebuild and repair on a garage roof that was in danger of collapse. Very responsive and reliable, they did a first class job in a timely fashion.

  We had some old walls rebuilt.

  We had some old walls rebuilt. Steve always turned up on time and worked hard to get the job done. The walls looked really good when complete.

  Wall rebuild

  Came to look at wall which was over 100 years old and had fallen down in the storm. quoted what seemed like a reasonable price. Turned up to the job with no bricks. Thought he was going to use the existing ones even though they were lying in pieces on the ground. Complete waste of time.

  Inspection of old imperial brick wall. Asked if it could be rebuilt, advised as long as there were enough old bricks. Asked to redo with new bricks. Quote sent 3 times Full breakdown of price sent as client thought price was high Price agreed Photo received day after of how it should be built as listed and worried Option given to take out loose bricks and rebuild using original materials to original height Text received agreeing to this option Day of commencement of works owner I had text conversation with attended and was advised enough existing bricks to rebuild He stated didn’t know I was reusing old but good bricks Text message shown giving this option he was advised it would save £800 Stated he needed to speak with management who came on phone and was extremely disrespectful saying I was the confused one Left site and text message resent showing agreement to commence using using reuse option Message received saying “my bad I was confused “ was asked to return I never replied Next day bad review received “Young educated people with no common sense and no idea of trademanship trying to ruin a business reputation!
