Reliable, Great Job
Replacing an electric shower
Surecert fit in a slot very promptly the next day after being contacted. James from Surecert did a great job replacing the electric shower including procuring the same make and model to simplify the work. Work was all completed professionally with a working shower being the end result. Would definitely recommend Surecert for future work.
Poor 'emergency' response
We paid a premium price for an emergency electrician. Sure Cert provided an inexperienced electrician who was all at sea and constantly had to consult his office for advice. The fault was neither identified nor fixed, but we were stung for £220 as we had to pay upfront. Another electrician a week later sorted the fault, but we had to fork out another fee.

This was not booked directly with us and came through a 3rd party as an intermittent fault with a fixed time and fee. At the time of our attendance the fault was not showing. We were not given the opportunity to return and have not received any payment.
Electrical installation
Surecert installed a independent electrical system in my garage. They were very professional and punctual. I would highly recommended Surecert.
Moving switches and sockets, adding light in the loft, spot lights in master bedroom, EICR
Very pleasant team to work with - from first view to the last switch. We had a bit of urgency, which was accommodated. Very clean work setup, punctual and explaining where required but asking where needed. Will use them again for further renovations.
Replace bathroom extractor fan and rewire kitchen hood appliance.
Excellent service and communication throughout the process, and great work delivered. Highly recommend!
