10 Mould investigation - ventilation and remedial works

John & Richard are always a pleasure to deal with, and have come to the rescue again to resolve the mould issues. From initial investigation, estimates, and actual execution of the work, the communication is always good. Of course, there are always recommendations at the end from them to make sure that there are no further deteriorations. Surecure got a couple of vent installations done this time as part of improvements to the house. We also had remedial works to the loft insulation. John & Richard quoted In Aug 2023 for damp-proofing my bottom floor. I went for them (not the cheaper option) because they were transparent about pricing, experienced and had a no-fuss, solution-focused approach. Due to delays, I was only ready for them in December 2024. They were fully booked up until mid-Feb 2025 but by changing their approach, they could cut the time to do the job from 6 to 3 days so were able to fit me in within a week or so, keeping to their quote from over a year earlier.They did a fabulous job and I would definitely recommend them to others - but book them early!Verified reviewerJob location: SE1510 Damp Proofing Works

I contacted Surecure to investigate and fix the source of several damp patches in my Victorian terrace house on the ground and first floors. Richard visited and carried out a thorough investigation, then quoted for the work promptly and transparently. The quote was accepted and work booked in without any trouble and with clear, responsive communication throughout. The work was completed to an excellent standard. On site, the team were prompt, hard-working, courteous and tidy, completing the job on the lower end of the time estimate provided. It is always difficult when looking for tradesman. I got very lucky with Richard and John. A father and son team. The job went well from start go finish. I felt very comfortable in their hands.
