  Damp Investigation

  There were professional throughout the entire job.

  Richard was very professional in the manner in which he dealt with the entire job; from the initial communication, to written information, reports and invoices. All were produced promptly and precisely. The work that was carried out involved rectifying a damp issue, also removing and replacing new floorboards. The workmanship was very good. They were punctual and worked diligently throughout until completion of the job. I would highly recommend them.

  Condensation Control

  Richard conducted the initial survey to assess the issue. He determined that the problem was not mold or rising damp, as previously suggested by other tradespeople, but rather a condensation issue. He recommended installing vents in the affected rooms, which have proven to be highly effective. Richard maintained clear communication regarding timeframes and availability, and the work was promptly scheduled. The team arrived punctually, completed the work efficiently, and meticulously cleaned the work area, leaving it spotless. Richard was approachable, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, highly professional. We intend to utilize Richard and Surecure for future projects.

  Very helpful contractors and great quality of work

  Very grateful to SureCure for the excellent work completed at my flat with a competitive price and guarantee.   Treatment of mould on roof timbers and installation of extra lap vents

  John and Richard have been really pleasant to work with; they were communicative, punctual and had a no nonsense approach that made this type of work seem understandable to a layperson like myself. They were straightforward with their recommendations and were always on time when arriving at the house. The work they did was done very quickly with minimal fuss. Both were also always polite and approachable if I had questions. Overall, definitely would work with SureCure again for similar jobs.
