Gas boiler & isolation tap replacements
Martin replaced my 40 year old boiler (which he'd previously got going again on Christmas Eve last year) & also replaced some seized isolation taps in the airing cupboard. Excellent service, competitive prices, very friendly & efficient & if you have a problem he responds & visits extremely quickly. I highly recommend him.

Boiler failed again within a week and now leaking - no callback after 6 calls
SureFlow Heating attended my property approx. 3 weeks ago (late July 2026) for a 'full repair' costing £420 (invoice available). Within a week the boiler failed again and is now leaking. I have tried to contact SureFlow six times by phone since then - each call went to voicemail with no callback. I have photos of the leak and the original invoice. I am seeking a response to resolve the repair/leak under the original work. I will update this review if the company makes contact and resolves the issue.
