Our 40 year old Upvc front and back doors had started to become difficult to latch/lock/unlock. Plus our patio door would no longer open at all. Matthew from Surelock Homes came and investigated and gave us a quote. He advised that both front and back doors needed the mechanisms replacing but he felt he could get the patio door working again with adjustment and lubrication. The work was a little tricky due to the age of the doors but he got both new mechanisms in and working within the time he had anticipated, and also got the patio door working again. Great service and would use again.

Matt came today to fit a new Key safe for my eldely mum as our old one had broken . He came the next day after I messaged him, was so polite and helpful, he also put a new lock on our front door to make it easier for mum to lock and unlock and also mended our patio doors which would not shut properly we where really happy with the service we received.

We had a door lock stuck, a quick call and they were round the same day. Not only fixed the issue, gave us a new type so we won’t cause the same issue again. Plus cut extra keys on site and tightened up some hinges. Very pleased.

I've called Matt at Surelock Homes on a number of occasions and always found him to be extremely helpful and responsive; he has helped in situations where we've been locked out at lightening speed! Most recently he helped make sure our house was properly secured, advising on locks and costs to help me keep things within budget, and being extremely patient while I decided on lock fixture finishes (gold, brass, mat – and so on!). Most importantly, perhaps, he is reliable – responds to messages quickly and shows up when he says he will. Always my go-to for lock help!

Matt was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and did a fantastic job. And gave good advice on keeping the property secure. No offence to Thompson, had keys cur there before and had to go back twice . Matt did all the key cutting on site. After changing door lock.
