Communication was very good throughout the whole process. They couldn’t attend on the original day due to unforeseen circumstances, apologised properly and kindly offered a 10% discount.   Front door lock was loose and unsafe.

  The booking was very easy and the tradesman arrived at the agreed time, he explained the problem and gave me two choices of how to fix it. The repair was made very quickly and everything was left in excellent condition.
