Kitchen Exctension
We used Surrey and Elmbridge to complete a kitchen extension on our property in Godalming. Dean was super helpful in advising the right steps to ensure that we were getting the job done to a high standard without overspending on our budget. We were incredibly impressed at the time scale he kept to. Whilst Dean was at the property, he was able to advise on additional areas of work which was required in the property, which was very helpful. Multiple extensions, re-modelling, new roof
Dean is currently working at my house doing multiple large extensions and a new roof and full re-furb. I have found Dean extremely organised and helpful. All of his team are proactive and professional. We are roughly halfway through the project and everything is going really well. We are ahead of schedule at the moment. Refurbishment

Major extension including first and second storey. New bathrooms and kitchen. Project management.
Dean and his team did a first rate job in delivering to a tight schedule a high quality project. They worked closely to our specification and were responsive to changes we made during the project. All the team were polite and did their best to keep the house liveable while the work was carried out. Extensions and remodelling
Very unsatisfactory , see Google review of S&E for some details. Supposed to finish June 2022 , terminated October 21st with works incomplete. Did not honour promises to Supervise and maintain output, instead went off on other jobs whilst being paid by us. Misrepresented membership of FMB and NHBC. Promised to rectify defects and never did. S&E Tried to prevent others from finishing work S&E started but did not complete. Put pictures of our property on website , despite being told at outset was PROHIBITED and forbidden.
