    We had Ryan Tugwell of Surrey and Sussex Heating to service our boiler and mega flow cylinder, which he installed for us in our attic a few years ago. He was, as usual, punctual, courteous, friendly, tidy and efficient. (He has also installed a bathroom for us.)

    Ryan was exceptionally helpful, punctual, and thorough. He managed to save us some money by getting us to purchase the cylinder directly, and fixed a running toilet when he popped back to record a serial number. I will gladly use Ryan for any future plumbing work.

    Ryan visited for the annual boiler service, having fitted a new system in my house last year. He gives an approximate time for the appointment and then calls on the day to update you, so you are not waiting around. He gave very helpful advice on the best boiler for the house and my way of living last year and it has been a great success. He is always very polite.
