    The engineers were very good at finding fault and resolving the issue with Hisense washer/ dryer ,re pipe on pressure switch . They where very nice and courteous. It was very easy to pay with pay point system on them . They also sent copy of payment to my phone . A Good service from Surrey appliances ltd

    Repaired an uncommon, and older model of dishwasher. Diagnosed the fault, then recommended a solution (unfortunately, replacement parts were unavailable) and fixed the problem in a professional and timely manner. This repair saved us from purchasing a new dishwasher. Very impressed with the level of technical expertise and level of service - I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

    I called Surrey Appliances on Friday they came out on Monday and diagnosed the problem as the pcb so ordered a new one and came back to fit it on Saturday. The guys were very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

    Was given time slot of 4pm to 8pm on a Friday. At 7pm I phoned to ask if engineer was still coming and got a call back to say he would arrive in about 15 minutes. And he did. Very courteous and polite and clearly very knowledgeable. Absolutely no head shaking or muttering “Never seen one like this before mate!” Diagnosed the real problem in a few minutes and cleared the blockage, also gave some useful tips on how to prevent a recurrence. Paid by card via his mobile terminal, very reasonable charge for a thoroughly professional service. Highly recommended!

Most of our business growth is down to word of mouth and personal recommendations. This is because we provide clear and honest report with regards to a faulty appliance. We also offer our recommendation, which is in the best interest of the landlords and Customers.

 

 

We offer a wide range of services. We carry huge amount of stock on white goods. So we will always have some alternative to what customer is looking for, if not the exact model

 

 

REPAIRS on ALL major domestic appliances. We can order all the spares on white goods, which can arrive next working day. We stock Furniture items for the letting market. These includes beds, sofas, table and chairs etc.

 

 

We are a ONE-STOP shop for a range of items required in a household.

 

 

We have a good relationship with landlords and letting agents, who cannot be present onsite to oversee the job being carried out. They rely on honest and reliable people who can attend and resolve the issue in good time. We offer key collection service for our landlords and agents, for tenants who cannot take time of their busy schedules.
