  Job well done

  Surrey Bamboo provided a great service Ethan and Jay arrived on time and had to cope with torrential rain we had that day. I was kept well informed on how the work was progressing. Nothing was to much trouble it was a job well done. I would certainly recommend Surrey Bamboo. Thank you once again.

  Excellent experience

  My experience of Surrey Bamboo has been very positive, starting with the initial site visit to quote and then the work itself. Shay and Mick did an amazing job to remove bamboo from my garden in a tricky area around a patio and fence, as well as from my neighbours too. It was hard work and they did a great job, taking time to talk me through the options as it had grown under a patio and path and the remainder will need to be poisoned. They were so polite and respectful and the team tidied up so well afterwards.

  Do exactly as they say they're going to do

  Surrey Bamboo Removal provided an exceptional service from start to finish. Communications with Ethan and Billy were prompt and the job was scoped and planned quickly. Harry did the site visit and was very clear and reassuring. The job turned out to be more difficult than anticipated but Harry and team stuck to the plan they'd stated and completed within the time frame they'd outlined. Harry told me that they cannot make good anything they have to move to get to the bamboo. So I was delighted to return at the end of the work to a very neat and tidy site . Great job.

  No fuss bamboo removal

  Excellent service! Each member of team was professional, polite and diligent. I popped out to do the school run <30 minutes. When I got back the majority of the bamboo had been cut down. Each member of the team interacted with me, checking where necessary and ensuring I understood the process and was happy. They maintained an efficient and tidy working environment, with minimal noise and disturbance. It was a pleasure to have such a great team carrying out the work. My garden is bamboo free!   Tidy work, good service and flexibility, recommend.

  Helped out with a time pressured request to remove some bamboo and did a solid job with a polite and friendly attitude and did tidy quality work, with quick turnaround. Communication could be a little faster at times but really glad with the flexibility and overall service provided.

  Great company for bamboo removal

  A fantastic experience with Surrey Bamboo. Ethan came out to do the initial quote and was very thorough with quoting. He was also very patient with us as we had to push the date back a few times. The team who came to do the bamboo removal were great (even in the pouring rain!) - led by Harry across the three days who kept me informed throughout of where they were and what they had left to do. We had to have the garden path removed and the team were so thorough with disposing of the waste which was great as there was A LOT of bamboo! Highly recommend
