  Very Professional

  A clear and comprehensive survey was carried out for free by Ethan, and unlike other companies, agreed to treat the bamboo straddling a boundary with a neighbour as the same job. Ethan returned with a colleague (Jay?) to carry out the work and they were punctual, polite, efficient and tidy. We have seen some regrowth and true to the guarantee, Ethan returned within a few days to address this, leaving us reassured that they would continue to honour the guarantee. All in all a very positive experience and I would highly recommend.

  Excellent bamboo removal team

  Ethan and Harry were fantastic, they came and smashed out the work that needed doing. They were quick and effective at getting rid of all the bamboo and getting everything back to its original state. Highly recommend these guys if you need bamboo removal in the Surrey area

  Probably the best Bamboo Removal Company going!

  The guys who attended my property to remove Bamboo that was planted 40 years ago did a fantastic job of clearing 100% of it. I cannot rate their workmanship high enough

  Job well done

  Surrey Bamboo provided a great service Ethan and Jay arrived on time and had to cope with torrential rain we had that day. I was kept well informed on how the work was progressing. Nothing was to much trouble it was a job well done. I would certainly recommend Surrey Bamboo. Thank you once again.

  Excellent experience

  My experience of Surrey Bamboo has been very positive, starting with the initial site visit to quote and then the work itself. Shay and Mick did an amazing job to remove bamboo from my garden in a tricky area around a patio and fence, as well as from my neighbours too. It was hard work and they did a great job, taking time to talk me through the options as it had grown under a patio and path and the remainder will need to be poisoned. They were so polite and respectful and the team tidied up so well afterwards.

  Do exactly as they say they're going to do

  Surrey Bamboo Removal provided an exceptional service from start to finish. Communications with Ethan and Billy were prompt and the job was scoped and planned quickly. Harry did the site visit and was very clear and reassuring. The job turned out to be more difficult than anticipated but Harry and team stuck to the plan they'd stated and completed within the time frame they'd outlined. Harry told me that they cannot make good anything they have to move to get to the bamboo. So I was delighted to return at the end of the work to a very neat and tidy site . Great job.
