Colin was brilliant. Our boiler stopped working on Thursday evening. Colin came on Friday, diagnosed the problem in five mins (a seized fan) and ordered a replacement. On Monday morning he was back and our boiler was working. He also tested for Carbon Monoxide, found that our flue was partially blocked with rubbish/cobwebs and cleared it out. I would have no hesitation in using Colin again.

Colin is very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He helped us with boiler installation & maintenance, but also with an issue we had regarding our foul water pipework. We had nearly completed an extension to the house, but our builder went bankrupt and did not complete the final sign off (required by building control). Colin assessed the installation of all our waste pipes (toilets, showers, bath, sinks etc) to the sewer, advised what was required for us to pass and then made the relevant changes to ensure we passed the building inspection. I'd recommend Colin to anyone!

Very pleased with our experience with Surrey Boiler Services Ltd. Arrived the same day as we phoned them to make an appointment, booked us in at 3.30 pm - 4.30 pm. The service man was very polite and friendly and sorted out the problem very quickly and had the necessary part in his van. So central heating back on again, what a relief !! Fully recommend this company, we are very, very satisfied.

After a fault code came up on our old boiler I called Surrey Boiler Services and they looked at the problem the same day. The parts to fix were too costly, Colin advised that it would be better to replace the aging boiler. It was a very cold week for the breakdown so Colin planned to quote and fit the.new boiler within a couple of days, which he did and made an excellent job.

Colin and Paolo from Surrey Boiler Services services my son’s combi boiler and set up his Hive system for him. It was all done very quickly and professionally - about 4 weeks sooner than waiting for an engineer from Hive.
