Mark was extremely professional and diligent in identifying the potential causes of the issue and quickly resolving the problem of mice getting into the property. Problem has been resolved and pricing was very reasonable for the work/visits needed. It was Saturday afternoon on a lovely bright and warm July day when my husband crossed the path of a wasp returning to its nest close to our front door. I posted a request on Checkatrade and within two minutes I was speaking to Mark on the phone. After a quick discussion Mark arrived about an hour later, explained what he would do and completed the job. All done & dusted within two hours! Great service - 10/10 Mark. Many thanks. Mark was professional, prompt and polite. He arrived an hour after I called him, he explained how he would treat the wasp nest, what would happen afterwards and that the work was guaranteed and to call him if there were any problems.
