Not to be trusted at all. Took a £6000 deposit for buying kit which in writing was said by Russell Omar (the principal and director) to be ours. Never turned up with the kit, didn’t respond to anything for 5 weeks of correspondence/emails. Claimed illness but still didn’t hand over the kit when requested even though legally ours.

I agreed a job on our residential access control and cctv system starting last week with Surrey Fire and Security and they simply failed to turn up. I received no phone call or email indicating that they couldn’t do the job or couldn’t attend on the agreed date, and haven’t received any communication since explaining what happened. I’ve now arranged for the work to be done to be done by another qualified local tradesman. Given the time I’ve lost with them I can’t recommend Surrey Fire and Security.

Brilliant service, would highly recommend

The quality of work was excellent and the gates have been admired by many people. The advice given on the gates to be installed was very helpful resulting in a great finished product. I have used this company for security cameras and lights and they are consistent in high quality personal service. I have recommended this company to a number of people in our estate which I rarely do but have done so with confidence.

Great service, clear on the options available and completed the work exactly as planned.
