  EICR, PAT testing, smoke alarms replaced and new spotlights fitted

  Phil did an EICR, PAT testing, replaced my smoke alarms and fitted new spotlights in my kitchen, bathroom and corridor. He arrived on time, provided excellent communication and was able to do the work soon after I first contacted him.

  To check the validity of both gas and electrics of property before purchase. Supply Certifications.

  Refit of new electic shower.

  Philip was great. He helped us establish that our old shower was beyond repair and fitted a new one for us without any trouble at all. Very quick service and he left the bathroom spotless!
