Prompt resolution of fault, and excellent communication throughout

Excellent communication and professional service
Excellent service - they replaced my boiler, drained and checked the whole heating system, including extra pipe work & drilling through walls to position it more conveniently for me, all within the original quote with no quibbling. Communication was excellent throughout and the guys I dealt with were charming and professional.
