Can’t fault the professionalism of Solar Solutions. Arrived when they said and very friendly. Put my mind at ease that all would be sorted and nothing was a problem.

Consumer unit replacement + EICR inspection and certificate
First time of using Checkatrade so no prior understanding of the process. Placed a job Saturday evening and Pratorius Electric Services Ltd sent a WhatsApp message on the Sunday. Saw it next morning and by 07:30 had exchanged a dozen or so messages / details of the job / photos etc. Full written quote had also arrived by email by that time as well. Not enough space here to post the whole review I wrote however overall First Class service every step of the way. As other reviewers have said it was a breath of fresh air to deal with this company. I can’t rate them highly enough.
