Howard saved the day when our gardeners accidentally broke the glass in our French windows. Howard was with another client but came within the hour of me calling him. He made the window safe and secure, placed the order for the new glass and returned a week later to carry out the repair in the most efficient way. Howard is a very helpful person and I can highly recommend him and his work

I had 2 double glazed windows repaired and Howard was excellent. He responded to my initial query really quickly, and assessed the work needed a couple of days later. His communication was excellent, and I knew when he was due, and when he was on his way. He arrived exactly when he said he would and did the work efficiently, tidied everything up and didn't leave a mess. He was also really helping in explaining the best care for the windows to prevent other problems. I will definitely use him again if I have any problems with my windows.

Howard is a very polite skilled craftsman. He visited and explained what the problem was and how much it would cost. He came on time, explained what the works he was going to carry out. He carried out the works to a very high standard. The door now opens and closes better than it ever has. I would highly recommend Howard.
