Howard not only fixed the issue with my pvc doors but explained why it happened. He then went on to fix the ceiling rose too! All work guaranteed. An honest tradesman. These are worth their time in gold. Highly recommended.

Would definitely recommend Howard. He was easy to get hold of and very responsive. Carried out the job with no fuss and gave some helpful tips on keeping the window opening mechanisms in good order in the future.

Howard was excellent. Communication was very good. He came out, did a template and the job was then done in about 5 days. Upon installation, Howard wasn’t happy that the lead in the pane wasn’t perfectly aligned with the rest of the window. To the untrained eye, it was minimal and not really enough to bother us but he wasn’t happy so he went away and had a new one created and came back to fit the perfectly matched lead. Really impressed by his attention to detail and workmanship. On top of that he was a thoroughly nice guy!

Howard was a great find. We asked him to replace 2 double glazed panels in our bifold doors, which had started misting up. He did this with great expertise, was exceptionally helpful, friendly and efficient. It always feels a bit of a risk to use a tradesperson not personally recommended, but in this case we’re glad we took the risk. Would definitely recommend!
