Rics Level 3 Survey Good experience from start to end. A very long and detailed report was produced only 3 working days after inspection, which the surveyor had plenty of time to discuss during a follow up call. Great experience with surveyor Will.Exc work. Hands down the best a communication both by email with Elliot and in person with their surveyor. Their surveyor Will was extremely thorough, took time checkjng every corner of the property, taking extensive notes. RICS Level 3 survey focused is the on key issues that needed investigating and investing on a 1600s property. The report was generated swiftly and again he was knowledgeable and courteous on a call to clarify the report. Recommended through and through, a breath of fresh air on a industry filled in with unskilled trades.
