SCW supplied our conservatory in January 2017 and it has given us excellent service. However, attached to the south side of the house, recent high temperatures have made it unbearable for a large part of the day. With friendly advice from the company they have now fitted insulated solid white roof panels on the east and south aspects, but leaving the original glass roof panels on the west aspect, maintaining the "conservatory feel". The whole process was carried out promptly and efficiently and we are delighted with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending SCW to others.

Fantastic from start to finish as usual with Sussex County Windows. I would not recommend any other company to friends and family! Very helpful throughout the decision making process, and turned up on time and right date which has kept the kitchen re-design process smooth. Very reliable and fantastic quality windows!

A positive experience using Sussex Windows to replace some windows for me. Price was competitive after honoring a price match guarantee. I had a specific date for fitting which was met with no issues. Fitters were on time, polite, tidy tradesman. Admin were pleasant to deal with overall.

From start to finish a very good service. Quote was slightly lower than other companies. The initial quote / measure up was quick and easy. The fitting was done 6 weeks later once the windows had been made. We had a window smash on loading the van and I received a phone call straight away apologising and they had already ordered a replacement. So one window was down a week later. The fitters were lovely, I happily left them at my property when I wasn't there. Excellent service all round. We have them doing a further quote now for a porch and patio doors. Highly recommend
