I paid for the initial inspection which I was pleased with. I was then quoted for further works which I agreed to go ahead with. I missed one call about arranging the work and since then it’s been a total blackout. I’ve messaged, emailed and called and had no response despite calling back on the number that called me. Such a shame as I would have liked to have used Chris to complete the work.
