I have today had a new replacement patio door installed by Sussex Glazing. I have found this company absolutely professional from my original enquiry with no hard sale resulting in a competitive quotation and very reasonable timescales for installation. The work carried out today was absolutely faultless and Ned kept me informed about every aspect of it. The cleanliness of their work both during and particularly at the end of the installation was second to none and therefore would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone thinking of having windows, doors or conservatories.

From start to finish, Sussex Glazing provided an excellent service when quoting, measuring up and fitting new windows at the front of our house. They provided useful advice about requirements for replacing windows in a conservation area. Their quote was very competitive and they were helpful & flexible with ensuring we got exactly the right product. The guys who fitted the windows where really friendly, professional, confident, efficient, took great care and left us with fantastic new windows we couldn’t be happier with.

I have used this company a number of times over the years for fitting new windows to replacing glass. All staff I have encountered, have been helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have also been impressed with their customer service and commitment to ensure the customer is happy.

A straight forward company, replied quickly to my email and the work was completed on the scheduled date. Very able fitter who left everything spotless. Invoice was correct and there were different options for payment. I would definitely use them again.
