Roof replacement following leak
Sussex & Kent Roofing Ltd responded very promptly to secure a leak. The video evidenced that a complete replacement was required. The detailed quote was provided with no hidden costs. The roofing team were professional, punctual, friendly, tidy, & worked skilfully and quickly in foul weather to complete to schedule. The PM was flexible (our overcautious bank initially withheld funds for a deposit), was always available and communicative. Storm blew off a ridgeline tile and caused damage to another one.
Was worried about rain water getting in following a recent storm which blew off a ridge tile and caused some additional damage. Called the company late in the evening on a Friday and they were round to do the work at 11am the next day. Got the work done quickly and explained everything beforehand. I can highly recommend this company from start to finish came Came out to my property investigated. My roof told me what needed to doing and fix the problem.
