  Yiannis is a trust worthy honest professional

  Yiannis is a really nice guy. He's also a great plumber. My new boiler is up and running and various odd jobs round the house have been sorted. New to the area so didn’t know any tradesmen but he’ll be my plumber for the future, can’t recommend him enough.

  Disappointing Communication and Support

  The team’s general plumbing work was acceptable, but their understanding of more modern systems appeared quite limited. They often relied on the manufacturer's technical support rather than demonstrating a clear grasp of the system they had proposed or providing confident advice. When questions were raised, the responses were frequently unclear - and at times, unfortunately, inaccurate. I'm leaving this review now because, even after a year, the radiators still aren’t working properly, and the team has declined to take further action to resolve the issue.

  Fix broken cistern

  Excellent. Yiannis arrived bang on time, and replaced all the required parts even though some took great effort on his part to find. Price still came in as quoted. Highly recommended, Yiannis will be first plumber we contact for any future needs. And an absolute gentleman as well.

  Heating was losing pressure

  Contacted Sussex plumbing solutions on Sunday by WhatsApp, explaining that our heating was losing pressure and t he at we need to top it up each day. I had a reply that same Sunday that the engineer would be at ours on Monday morning between 9am - 10am. On Monday morning the engineer arrived punctual, after a short assessment it was clear what the problem was and which parts where needed. About an hour later the engineer returned with the parts and a little later all was fixed. Truly impressed with everything. Thank you Sussex plumbing solutions.
