From the first contact with Dan (Welford) through to completion of the work, was an experience not often enjoyed when booking contractors. Contacting Dan to explain what we were looking for, he arranged a site visit convenient to us following which, he provided a comprehensive quotation that same evening, which we accepted the next day. Bang on time at 08.30 a.M. On the 'fitting' day, Dan arrived and just got on with the job, completing it with a full run-down on how the system works...and off he went, job done! We have no hesitation in recommending SSI.

We recently had some cameras fitted in our farm yard and I can safely say that Sussex security instillations were absolutely excellent. Dan was as professional as they come and so so easy to deal with. He does what he says he would do and he does it when he says he will do it, in a timely and tidy manner. Price was also very reasonable, I cant recommend these guys enough. I wouldn't go to anywhere else for security needs!

Very courteous, good timekeeping, took time to understand our requirement and gave his advice and offered options. Once option agreed, and we paid a deposit upfront he ordered the items and once items were delivered he then booked a slot to fit the items and connect them to internet and phones. Communication good throughout.
