Sussex Windows are the worst company I’ve ever used. I paid 80% deposit for 2 windows. They replaced a UPVC bay window, the replacement is not as the drawings and has not been finished. The internal window cill is not secured and trims not fitted. The bay window above was not supported properly during work and now has cracks and casements don’t open or shut properly, this window was replaced in May 2023. Richard Hamill emailed that he had ordered new windows and would contact to rebook installation. That was 12 weeks ago and 2 emails and a letter of complaint have since gone unanswered.

I contacted Sussex windows through check a trade to inquire about a window hinge replacement; communication with the company was great and they came out very quickly to fix the error. Would recommend.

Sussex windows fitted our new bifold doors for us recently. Our current ones had broken. They promptly came out for a quote and when ready to proceed kept up to date with all delivery and fitting details. We are really happy with the new doors!
