Criticism provokes personal abuse
The company installed solar panels and batteries for me in 2024. I had some criticisms of poor communication by the firm. In 2026 a fault developed with the system. The company refused to answer a simple safety question consequent upon the fault. It is clear to me from emails that the company had been stung by my 2024 comments. Worse, in April 2026 an element in management delivered abusive personal comments. These are under review from the point of view of the company's trade associations / regulators and within existing criminal law concerning false and malicious electronic communication.

Solar and battery istallation
A fantastic family firm. The quality of work and standard was excellent. The whole experience from quote to install was great. The system has performed as quoted and any additional advice and customer care has been excellent. I would highly recomend using the company if you are looking at installing solar panels and a battery.

Solar Panels and battery installation.
From start to finish, this company was a delight to deal with. Every question answered with an explanation Full installation of 8 solar panels plus 2 storage batteries all fitted in a professional manner. The work was completed to a very high standard by the team. All required paperwork was submitted to building control, Distribution Network Operator (DNO) and MCS by this company. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Fox Battery installed
I normally do not post reviews but in this case I will make an exception. On my house I have 3.1kw of solar panels and have wanted s storage batteries for some time. I selected Sustainable Energy purely from reviews and to date I have no regrets. The whole process was seamless from start to finish, everyone turned up on the agreed dates and times and the job was completed and handed over in half a day. The Fox battery hasn’t missed a beat and I am amazed how effectively it works with the solar. The two installers were very pleasant and efficient. All in all I am totally satisfied

Steve, Thanks for sending Jordan to do the installation. He was on time, absolutely excellent, courteous, a tidy worker and a credit to himself and the company. If we ever add to the system we'll ask for him to do it. If the equipment matches his performance we'll be a satisfied and very happy customer. Graham S
