Fitting of new boiler and Nest thermostat system
Was able to attend quickly when my boiler broke down. Gave me options, clear explanations and prices for fixes and replacements. Kept to the agreed price. Extremely helpful and polite. My house is now much warmer and I am finally in control of its heating thanks to Jack and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

New LPG boiler fitted
Carried out a complete replacement of our old boiler with a Viessmann model and Nest thermostat. Jack was very professional and we were very satisfied with the outcome - at the time. Unfortunately, his communication and after sales support needs work. The boiler has not been firing up for hot water for several weeks. Two weeks ago he finally responded to one of our (polite) calls and texts, arranging to come on a Monday morning. He didn't show and has not responded to our calls or messages since.

New Boiler
The work was completed to a high standard and Jack made sure that everything was checked as it should be. He was able to comlete the work at very short notice and I believe at a very competitive price ensuring that we recieved exactly what we needed.

Fixed broken shower and inserted new outdoor tap
Jack came the following day after making contact which was amazing. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it without an issue. He was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend him.

No hot water. Boiler not firing
Second time I’ve called Jack. He called back immediately and kept in touch to tell me when he was on his way. Came same evening and fixed it all. A pleasure to have found someone so lovely and reliable. Thanks

Fixed water leak
I cannot recommend Jack highly enough. We had a serious emergency - a water leak on the rising main which was flooding into my ground floor flat and was the main water supply feeding the 2 flats above. We had had to shut off the mains supply to the whole building. Jack dropped everything and was with us in minutes. He assessed the situation, rushed off to buy the appropriate parts, came back and fixed the problem to a very high standard in less than 2 hours. Absolutely superb service and professionalism at a very reasonable cost - and a very nice man to boot. Don’t hesitate. Book him.
