I am very happy with the quality work carried out by Sustento to improve the porch and adjacent storage area in my home, transforming the storage room from a dark, dank area that I avoided into a plastered, decorated and heated room with natural light and proper flooring where I can happily keep household items and other belongings and use as an office for working from home. Dale and Amy provided efficient and friendly customer service and Dale and the team on-site were professional and courteous They consulted me during the works and kept me well informed. I would highly recommend Sustento.

Three Checkatrade roofers came to look at the problem I had with water cascading off one part of my flat roof when it rained. One suggested renewing the edging of the roof, £700, another building up the felting to stop the water forming a puddle at that point £1200. Dale, of Sustento, was the only one who suggested first checking the drainpipe to see if it was blocked, before making any further plans. He found the pipe was indeed blocked, and once it had been cleared the water ran away as designed to do, £240. I found Dale sensible and straightforward and shall use him again.

We had a full roof replacement carried out and we’re really pleased with the result. The team were professional, tidy, and worked efficiently from start to finish. The new roof looks great, everything was completed on time, and the quality of workmanship is obvious. Would happily recommend them for anyone needing reliable roofing work.
