Honest, reliable and professional
Dan and Co were brilliant and very accommodating. Helped us with some restoration work on our new home. Was happy to come out and give the roof an inspection before any work was carried out and very reasonable priced.Verified reviewerJob location: SK410 Roofing Repairs

High standard of work, friendly and quick
Renovated the facade on the front of my house. Very high standard of work, completed in fantastically quick time. Went the extra mile by creating a pommel for the roof out of timber. No mess left after job completed. We will use Dan again, I highly recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: SK310 Roof Replacement

Fantastic job from Sutcliffe Building & Roofing!
We recently had Sutcliffe Building & Roofing install a new roof, fascias and guttering on our house, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable and took great pride in their work. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the finished job has completely transformed the look of our home. Everything was completed to a very high standard, and the team were friendly, tidy and respectful throughout. It’s clear they genuinely care about doing a great job for their customers. We would highly recommend Dan and his teamVerified reviewerJob location: SK210 Slate Roof Installation

Fantastic job done by the lads, and I wouldn't hesitate to have them back out if I needed any more work doing it on my property. They also turned up on time and were very friendly.Job location: SK810 Roof Replacement
