Extremely delighted with our completely new bathroom. From start to finish, we were guided with helpful advice, regarding suitable bathroom products, planning, keeping us well informed and discussing each stage of work in progress. They are very reassuring and also stress-free for me. A bonus for me ! The team is very committed to a professionally high standard of service and customer satisfaction is their priority. Really happy with the transformation of our house. We came across a couple of unexpected problems during the renovation, but they explained the options clearly and sorted everything without making a drama out of it. The finished result looks great and it was definitely worth doing.

The rear extension has completely changed how we use the house. SuttonBuild referred us to a structural engineer who assessed the proposed work and prepared the required report. They also worked closely with our own architect, who was very pleased with how straightforward and cooperative they were throughout the project. The different trades were managed well and we always knew what was happening.

The team arrived when expected and were easy to have around. They got on with the work, answered our questions along the way and the finish is really good. The bathroom looks much better than before and we’re pleased we chose them. Would recommend.

Julian and Bobby recently completed a full refurbishment of our loft bathroom. They were excellent at communicating with me following the initial visit and provided me with a detailed quote containing all of the elements we had discussed. They started the job on the agreed date and worked tirelessly for 3 weeks to achieve the end result. They were patient and considerate and nothing was too much trouble. As with any construction job, unexpected situations arise, but they took these in their stride - they gave me full confidence that the job would always be completed to the highest standard.
