5 years ago, then again last year, Sutton Home Improvements replaced firstly the rear then front windows, in a flat l own. After a major clear out, the housing association threw away every key. I rang Debbie at Suttons to ask if new keys were available, and to my great delight, she is sending me replacements free of charge for all of them! I have to say, the experience of dealing with Suttons, the quality of the product and the aftercare, has been exemplary! I cannot fault them in any way and would highly recommend them for quality and service.

We had all our external windows and doors replaced by Sutton's 8 years ago. The fitters were excellent, respectful of our property and also polite. The end result was great but there were a few teething problems and wrong glass supplied on 2 windows. All was corrected after a few service visits and we have been happy since then. After 8 years we are still happy with the installation but we recently had some misted windows due to seals that had broken down. Sutton's service dept replaced all these panes under their 10 year warranty. The service provided has once again been excellent. Thank you.

We are so grateful to Debbie, Mark and the team for sorting out a broken door lock that left us unable to properly secure our front door as we were leaving for the airport. They really put themselves out, coming out immediately to get us back into the house and installing a temporary secure lock so we could get away on a later flight confident in our security and knowing we could get back in late Sunday evening. We have used Sutton Home Improvements before and were impressed the last time. The huge difference our new windows and porch have made to our home has been amazing. Alongside the total modernisation of our home, the heat retention has drastically improved. Both the Surveyor Nick and the Installation Teams were professional, thorough, clean and respectful. Exellent from start to finish. John was great on the sales call and all everyone else who came round from surveyer to installers were all really nice. We live in a conservation area and they also handled the planning application. Great work really happy with the install.
