Window and key Locks
This is the second time we have used this company, the first time Jake put in new window handle and locks done an excellent job.Today Jake came and managed to release a key that had broken off into the lock of our door as we couldn’t open or shut the door.Jake is very reliable and managed to retrieve the broken key and definitely recommend Jake for a good job to be done.

Unreliable and Unprofessional – Avoid for Glass Installations
I had a frustrating experience with Sutton Glass and an installer named Jake. After a month of poor communication and delays, he cancelled last minute, claiming my location was too far—despite having all the details from the start. The whole process felt like a waste of time. If you want dependable service, look elsewhere.

Great service and pleasure to deal with
Jake was a pleasure to deal with from initial contact to quote and then getting the work carried out. In the end we just needed some french doors re-aligned and serviced which done effecitvely with no problems. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and will be using him again as and when the need arises.

Supply and install two double glazed units.
This is the second time I’ve used Jake to replace double glazed units and once again he did a fantastic job. He's professional, friendly and clearly takes pride in his work. Everything was done efficiently and to a high standard. Highly recommend Jake if you're looking for reliable, quality service.

Replace damaged double glazed pane in kitchen
Jake was 1st class from initial communication, to providing the quote to agreeing a date to replace the damaged pane of glass. Jake's quote was competitive, plus he was such a pleasure to deal with, we had no hesitation in engaging him. In addition, he helped pinpoint an issue with the locking mechanism - merely replacing the pane also addressed that issue too! We could not have asked for more! We will certainly be using Jake in the future and have no qualms about recommending him!
