Really struggled to find a company to fix a damp area inside the house by a flat roof. Interpretation of the problem varied widely, with some very pricey solutions presented to us (replace whole flat roof etc). Gary suggested a trial and error approach and proposed a solution that a) made the most sense and b) was the cheapest scenario. No trying to stretch this out for a bigger job, bringing a whole team in etc! We experienced a serious leak through the flat roof over our kitchen during the recent rain caused by Storm Babette. Sutton roofing came out promptly and repaired the roof thus resolving the problem. Did a quick job, was really professional, thorough and polite. Also went out of his way to clear some guttering which had a massive plant growing out of it. Super grateful to him.
