• Roof replacement

  Shane and his team initially scheduled to replace the tiles on the roof. They organised all the materials and scaffolding required. The scope of the work increased when it was discovered the roof beams were rotten and needed full replacement. Shane was able to store the tiles and able to reschedule our work until later in the year. During this time he worked flexibly around our other contractors to offer advice. His team were friendly, unobtrusive and didn't leave any mess when finished. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SVR and would use them again.

• Install New Flat Roof

  I had a new flat roof installed over an existing inverted bay flat roof. From the outset I was impressed with Shane customer service, He was able to provide me with a solution to resolve the issues I was experiencing with the inverted flat roof. Shane provided a detailed written quotation. On the day of the installation Shane and team arrived on time and completed the work to a very high standard in line with the written quotation. • Renewal of flat roof covering

  My flat roof disappeared in the gales of 2nd January 2024. Shane responded quickly to my initial enquiry, provided a breakdown of the work required, and started work promptly. He came when he said he would, and stayed until the job was complete. His team were friendly, polite and pleasant to have around. I could not have been more impressed. It is not often that you experience this quality of work with a helpful business relationship.

• Flat roof overlay and ridge line relay

  Recent storms (I believe Henk was the name) caused some unpleasant damages to the roofs, affecting the house and garage. This is the 2nd time I called them, the 1st time being in 2016 to fix the damage caused by another storm back then. Both times, SV Roofing did an excellent job to fix everything.
