Excellent work
I needed an EICR report done for a property I was buying. Lee was selected because of his availability and affordable quote. He did a thorough job, highlighting areas that needed attention. I was able to use the report as part of the negotiation to reduce the property sale price. Lee did a good job of providing an estimate I could use to budget for the works to be completed. I'm very happy with his professionalism during the execution of the job. I would gladly recommend him.

Commercial Unit fusebox replacement, light fittings and decommissioning of redundant electrics
Lee is a very competent and amenable tradesman. He is clear in his communication, provides good advice and made himself available at short notice to carry out works at a high standard in challenging circumstances. Would recommend to anyone.

EICR inspection
SW20 electrical engineer was very quick with responding to my queries. They were quick to book the inspection and provided the report the same day inspection was completed. The EICR inspection and reporting were detailed and covered the key areas expected. I really appreciate their assistance to estimate the cost involved in remedying the issues identified from the inspection. I'm happy with the professionalism showed by SW20 Electrical and would recommend their service.

Complete re wire of our house
We have used Lee from sw20 electrical for a second renovation in a row . Lee has been nothing but a joy to have in our home and help with our project , his workmanship is second to none . Will do anything for you and completed the works to a high standard . There was a special feature wall which Lee spent a lot of time and special attention to creating the lighting we really wanted. Lee was Always on time , and always left our home very tidy ! Would have no hesitation in recommending sw20 to anyone a real honest and trustworthy service
