  Dishwasher disconnect from mains

  Tom for Swann Electrical came out within 15 minutes and disconnected my dishwasher that had stopped mid cycle. It is hard wired into the mains so nothing I could do myself . A fantastic service and an excellent price . Would highly recommend .

  Changed very old fuse board

  Very pleased with work undertaken. Arrived on time - undertook the job efficiently and with care. Kept me informed of the process throughout. Would CERTAINLY recommend and use again. Using a tradesperson is all about trust and confidence - I had both with Swann Electrical. Thank you.

  Fault finding

  I called due to a electric fault causing tripping. Tom came to inspect and test and diagnose the issue, he disconnected the issue and made everything safe with minimal disruption. He advised me on access he needed and arranged to return 3 days later. On second visit it turned out the issue was hidden behind kitchen tiles. Tom found this and fixed with minimal disruption/damage. Tom works hard, is honest and will get the job done. Would recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

  Fixed a faulty switch on circuit box

  Our circuit box wouldn’t turn back on after being off. Had to call an emergency electrician who un-earthed for a day which worried me. Called Tom who immediately came out and swiftly diagnosed the fault. So happy with his service as the cost and stress was minimal . Who knows what could have happened if we let the emergency electrician return to try and find a fault that did not exist. Tom was very professional, courteous and helpful, and obviously extremely knowledgable as an expert in his craft.
