    Remove front lawn and replace with block paving and decorative stone

    To lay patio for summerhouse to be put on

    On completion I queried that the patio area was not level, we had allowed for a slight slope at the front but the whole area is on a slope. When we arranged for summerhouse they informed us we would need to pay extra to have a level base before it could be fitted. Not happy at having to pay out for additional work.

    I know this person from a local club we go to and was kind enough to let him have is materials on my account with good discount as I have done with a few people down there . All patio’s must have a fall to allow water to drain. All sheds must be flat .. I believe that he changed his mind from patio furniture to having a shed placed there and wanted the patio flat …

    Block paving to side and rear of property

    The original quote was given at the start of Winter 2019. I was kept informed of the progress as other jobs were completed and received regular updates on the potential start dates based on the weather. The work itself required quite a bit of improvisation once the surface was opened up. The response was excellent and the adjustments all done to the same budget. The finish was excellent and we are very pleased.

    1930s front driveway.

    Excellent work. Great advice which we took and Rob was really flexible to incorporate some of our wants. Really courteous and great with us and our kids. Payments were not demanded or work held to ransom. Just a really excellent job and thoroughly reliable and trustworthy guy.
