Have used SWD 3 times for different lots of replacements over a period of time. Each time they have been, clean workers, friendly and helpful people from initial visits for quotes. Fitting in a good time frame, every aspect of their service has been excellent. Will, and have recommended them many times. Once we had a slight hiccup with product but after ringing and informing them they came within 2 days and adjusted the product to clear the issue. There's not many companies with that level of efficiency these days. SWD are our 'go to' company for glazing requirements!

From the outset and throughout I thoroughly appreciated the consistently clear and courteous communication. As far as the installation of the door and windows was concerned, Lee and Brendan worked valiantly. both in synch with each other, they worked in and organised and tidy manner. Special thanks to Lee - it was like watching an artist at work as he forged his way through the finer aspects of the installation: such precision as he measured and fixed the 'trimmings' around the windows and door. I'm so grateful to SWD - a first class service, without a doubt.
