To say we are delighted with SWG designs doesn't even begin to do justice to the experience ! We had a lot of ideas as we were combining two flats into one, yet they had to fit within a very specific budget. Simon and his team took our ideas and improved them adding creative flare to finding workable solutions to our flights of fancy. This is involved an elevator between floors, removing a number of walls, installing a brand new kitchen from scratch, replacing hideous U-PVC windows with traditional wooden sash windows and overcoming arduous fire regulations. A job well done.

We are in the process of a significant extension of a 3 bedroom chalet bungalow type property in a n Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Conservation Area. I was impressed by Simon's understanding of what we were planning to achieve and our initial discussions were positive however my wife and I were not optimistic about getting an extension approved in a conservation area. Simon and his team did a fantastic job and achieved approval for the plans which will significantly improve the look and the value of our home. We're very pleased to recommend SWG to others!
