My partner and I moved into our new flat where the toilet flush was not working. Zak worked tirelessly to get this fixed for us, keeping us updated as to his progress and explaining what he was doing and why. Zak is a lovely guy and super reliable. Zak was on time, carrying out the work to a high standard. Even though we had problems with the cistern and pan, Zak worked at pace to correct the faults.
