While the team who fitted the cat flap were friendly and did a great job, the administration was incredibly frustrating:
No-shows & Delays: Left me waiting four hours for the first appointment with zero updates. The rescheduled attempt was over two hours late, and office staff repeatedly lied on the phone about the driver's ETA.
Disrupted My Work: I explicitly asked them not to knock during a specific hour but failed to do so
Ignored Until Payment Was at Stake: My email of complaint was ignored until I followed up stating I would withhold payment. They did apologise at this point
