Dealt directly with Tristan (Director) and the experience has been extremely poor. The system has never worked properly – ongoing pressure loss, no reliable heating over winter, and now underfloor heating overheating the flat to ~26°C with no control. Daikin confirmed the unit is fine, pointing to installation issues, yet Swift refuse to take responsibility. They also misrepresented a quote as an invoice. Communication has been non-existent. Approach with caution
100% approach with caution! I’m honestly wondering how legitimate the other reviews on here are. Swift were the cheapest (best value?) quote that I had. James was a nice sales contact. The pre-installation service wasn’t coordinated well. I asked for clear information but didn’t receive it. The install was carried out, in parts, by different engineers. And the commissioning by another engineer. Each time, they were scratching their head about what had been done. The system leaks. I’ve been chasing my commissioning certs for 3 months. Installation of Upgraded Air Source Heat Pump System
I can’t rate Tristan, Luke and the team at Swift Heating Solutions highly enough following the installation of an upgraded air sourced heat pump system at my Mum’s property. They’ve been prompt and responsive at all times, regularly keeping us up to date throughout the process. There were detailed breakdowns on the quotes and work was carried out to a high standard with the property left tidy after completion. The team were friendly and polite and showed particular concern to my elderly Mum in making sure she had hot water and electricity at the end of each working day.
