Initially contracted to undertake small works (repair a loose chimney pot), scaffolding was set up and was then quickly informed chimney needed part rebuilding, ridge tiles needed re-bedding, and lead flashing needed replacing. Pressure was put on to undertake work. Paid large deposit and then failed to show up Friday. 2 labourers showed up today but they hadn't been paid at all so have left. Had 2 other roofers come round to look at the job and the work undertaken is POOR. When I told them the cost they were shocked and said it should have been 1/3 of that price.

I’m beyond happy with the service received my Patrick. The team we’re so wary of what they were doing and the job was done to the highest standard possible. Highly recommend them
