Ghosted
They came round to measure up for the job, and Phil seemed very nice and professional. 3 weeks later and despite several texts from me to Kirsty I have received no responses and no quote. I appreciate it was a small job but common courtesy would dictate that a quick email saying sorry we can’t do it would be polite instead of ghosting me. Not impressed, not very professional.

Removal of broken fences and replacement with new
Swindon Fencing did everything well! Kirsty gave a reasonable quote, Phil oversaw the work and Ben and Nathan worked brilliantly. They were efficient, pleasant and helpful. We are extremely pleased with the work . We would recommend this company without reservation and will definitely use them again when our other fences need replacing.Thank you everyone at Swindon Fencing and Landscaping.

Replace fence
Paid for 4ft panels and concrete posts and 1 ft of trellis - installed 3ft panels and 1 ft trellis - when questioned the height of the fence they said it’s 4ft - but clearly it’s only 36” - the trellis is falling off and can get no response from the company after two weeks of trying

Installed new fencing.
Guys did a great job of putting in new fence for driveway and secure fencing in garden for the dog. Also really helpfully in planning solution for further work on a budget. Good job!
