  Daniel was great! He showed up quickly, figured out what was wrong in no time, and got everything fixed fast. Super professional but also really easy to talk to. Made the whole thing stress-free. Big thanks to Daniel and Switch Heat—definitely recommend!

  Professional and prompt service

  Switch Heat were in touch very quickly with a quote and a next day appointment. I was notified of who the engineer would be and a rough idea of when he would arrive, plus he called ahead to give me an exact time which was better than the usual morning or afternoon. He was professional and polite and got the work done in jig time as he showed me the boiler was actually in good condition. I didn't have to pay him directly, that was done after he left with the company directly. Overall a very good, and secure feeling experience for someone living on their own.

  Called for an emergency call out, the engineer attended in a couple of hours and resolved the fault, also fitted a tap for me too.

  Gas service and boiler check

  I recently had my gas boiler serviced by Dan, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and expertise. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. Dan carried out a thorough inspection and explained everything in clear, simple terms, which really put my mind at ease. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was running safely and efficiently before he left. I’ll definitely be calling Dan again for any future boiler work, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking 4 a G/engineer

  Boiler repaired

  Contacted switchheat after my boiler had a fault, they came out straight away. Turned out i needed a replacement. The office lady was great she managed to book me in within 2 days and i got a new boiler fast and stress free! Would definitely recommend the company daniel was great too, very friendly and polite. Thanks again

  New Boiler

  Daniel’s and admin team’s communication was great. Showed up exactly when they said they would and updated us when they were close to arriving. It was a horrible day for rain and Daniel protected our house with a plastic cover for our floor which is so appreciated. Job was done in 8ish hours, tidied, hovered etc. Lovely guy as well who offered great recommendations and quotes really quickly and went from initial quote to installation in a week!
