We had to re-lay tiles on the back patio and clean old silicone before reapplying new silicone on two shower trays. The tiles were laid perfectly, a lot of preparation was undertaken to securely cover and protect new cables and pipes and re-lay the tiles. The shower trays had silicone peel off from years of use, it was cleaned and reapplied perfectly. I would also like to add that both Dan and Tina work tirelessly to provide excellent communication and service, all at reasonable prices.

Another great project finished by Dean and his team. Amazing workmanship. Always clean up after themselves. Super polite. Not the fastest, but brilliant!

Amazing craftmanship, painting, decorating, flooring

I recently hired SW London Deco-Buid to repaint one of my bedrooms, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! The team was incredibly professional, paying close attention to every detail. They worked efficiently, but were also very careful to protect my furniture and flooring, leaving everything spotless. Their cleanliness and respect for my home really stood out. Since purchasing our house we have used SW Deco Build for all our refurb requirements and the standard of work has been exceptional. In particular the new bathroom including wet room was put in to a very high standard. Along with all the decorating work. All of Dean's team have been friendly, tidy and kept us informed. And the central office was always available to take questions on progress of work if needed. I have recommended SW DecoBuild to friends and neighbours and will continue to use them in the future.
