Ryan and the team were so helpful sorting out the floor under the bath. They were so kind, helpful and efficient and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

The team worked on our property for 11 weeks, replacing two roofs, repointing and rebuilding damaged exterior brickwork, cleared cavities and decorated exterior surfaces. We are delighted with the outcome of the works. The team worked very hard through some truly awful weather in January without complaint and were great at problem-solving and cracking on. They have literally breathed new life into a classic Edwardian era building. We can highly recommend Ryan as trustworthy, reliable and honest. We would not hesitate to use the SW Property Care team again, and appreciate their hard work.

Had an issue with a jammed open electric Velux high up in a difficult position in our extension. An architectural triumph over practical reality. SW Property Care not only dealt with the issue swiftly and at a reasonable price, their technician was very personable and helpful. Going forward we will have no hesitation in using them again.

Ryan is absolutely remarkable. He listened to my problem with long-standing the leak in my conservator, was truly empathetic and said he would come by later to look at the job. He did a thorough investigation on the spot, something nobody else has bothered to do, with the aid of the hosepipe he could demonstrate the problem point and then he repaired it on the spot. It's almost worth having a problem when someone like Ryan sorts it for you. I cannot compliment him enough and thoroughly recommend him

SW Property Care transformed our downstairs floor space by removing the wall between our lounge and dining room, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
