I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the incomplete work he performed despite being paid in full for multiple jobs. Not only did he fail to complete the agreed-upon single shelf, but he also kept the materials I provided. Furthermore, my attempts to contact him through messages and emails have been completely ignored.

Steven quoted £260 for a days work including removal of garden waste. He took £200 for 8 hours unskilled work. He left all the waste in the back of the garden saying he would pick it up within 7 days. I followed up after 7 days and he said he was busy. Haven’t heard from him since. Unreliable with no integrity! No invoice was given.
