Ben seemed very professional and competent. His communication and time keeping was a little poor. Unfortunately since he finished the majority of the work we have not been able to get hold of him at all. He has not finished the work we paid for, connections are coming loose already and we are having to get other electricians in to finish and fix his work. We were pretty shocked by this level of unprofessionality to be honest. Definitely would not recommend.

Ben was very professional and efficient with his work. He brought in help from a colleague to get the job to be done swiftly to enable the clinic to function the following day.

Ben provided a stress free service for the work required on our block of flats. His communication was excellent, arrived ahead of time and let me know when he was 30 and 15 minutes away so I didn't have to wait around. The work carried out was efficient, and he finished the job within the hour. Professional and presentable tradesman. Payment was easy, would recommend and use again!
